Digital Permits & Registration
Online resident, visitor, contractor, staff, temporary, reserved and event permits with vehicle registration and account management.
A complete parking operation for condominium corporations, residential communities, commercial properties and private landowners — from permits and mobile payments to patrols, notices, disputes, reporting and property support.
CPIS can design, launch and administer the property’s parking program as one integrated operation. Digital or physical permits, visitor parking, paid sessions, enforcement, customer service and reporting are coordinated through a single program instead of being managed as separate vendors and systems.
Properties can choose a fully digital model, traditional permits, or a hybrid structure based on resident needs, parking inventory and the rules adopted by the property.
The service scope is configured for each property. The following components reflect the parking-management services currently offered through CPIS.
Online resident, visitor, contractor, staff, temporary, reserved and event permits with vehicle registration and account management.
Hang-tags, decals, visitor passes and hybrid permit programs where physical credentials remain appropriate.
Contactless paid parking and online account options, including Passport Parking integration at participating locations.
Property-specific visitor, time-limited, paid, permit-only and overnight parking rules.
Regular and targeted patrols, permit verification, photographic evidence and private-property notice administration.
Centralized payment processing, screening/dispute workflow and customer-service support for applicable notices.
Parking-sign planning, payment/permit signage, zone identification and installation coordination.
Parking-lot layout, stall numbering, line painting, directional arrows and other pavement markings.
Licence-plate-based permit structures and workflows designed to support modern verification technology.
Monthly permit, enforcement, payment, collections and operational reporting with financial reconciliation.
Tracking and disbursement support for paid parking and eligible enforcement revenue-sharing arrangements.
Ongoing program administration, property-management support and resident/visitor service channels.
Where paid parking is implemented under the current program model, parking revenue is allocated to the client, subject to applicable third-party processing or transaction charges and the terms of the executed agreement.
CPIS can also structure an enforcement revenue-sharing arrangement for eligible properties. The exact model depends on the property, parking volume, operating requirements and service scope.
At participating properties, drivers can use the Passport Parking app to identify the lot or zone, select a vehicle and parking duration, and complete the parking session electronically. The same property can combine digital payments with permit-only areas and CPIS enforcement.

Review parking inventory, existing rules, permits, visitor demand, signs, access and enforcement concerns.
Configure permits, parking rates if applicable, rules, zones, signage, payment and reporting requirements.
Install approved signs, configure technology, communicate resident information and begin the operating plan.
Administer parking, patrols, notices, disputes, payments and recurring management reports.
Tell us about your property, current parking rules and the problems you want to solve. CPIS can review the site and prepare a program recommendation.
